I am an Ayurvedic Medicine Health Counselor, a Yoga Teacher, and a Wellness Coach.

I received my classical training in Hatha Yoga at Integral Yoga Institute in NYC and a master’s education titled Yoga Acharya (Master) at Sivananda Yoga in the Bahamas. Yoga Acharya is the highest degree in the Yogic field. I also hold specialized certifications to teach children of all ages, older adults, and people with limited abilities. All of my education is Yoga Alliance compliant. I also train others to become Yoga instructors and officially certify them.

I received Ayurveda Medicine and Yoga Specialist education at the Himalayan Institute in PA. After that, I continued my studies and graduated with an Ayurvedic Medicine Health Counselor degree. My education is National Ayurvedic Medical Association compliant.

My Wellness Counselor education is also from the Himalayan Institute. I studied the three wisdom traditions, Ayurveda, Yoga, and Psychology, focusing on the different states of the mind, therapeutic coaching, and bringing mental dysregulation to balance using holistic tools. Also, National Ayurvedic Medical Association compliant.

Before I dived into holistic medicine, I had a career in the fashion industry and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a President of Phi Theta Kappa, an International Honor Society.

I have twenty-plus years of experience in the holistic medicine field. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. I aim to empower others to transform their lives and become happier, healthier, and more free.
