The Intake session is 1.5 hours. During this session you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your constitution, identify your major health concerns and receive an overall health and lifestyle assessment. You will leave with practices that you can immediately begin to use to support your overall health and well being. In general, you may be given suggestions for daily routine/practices, dietary recommendations and supportive practices such as yoga, breath work and meditation. This is a collaborative effort so you will be an active participant in choosing what is best for you and your lifestyle.
