Masha Volchyok is originally from Kiev, Ukraine. Her family immigrated to Dallas, TX in 1992. Upon high school graduation, she moved to New York and studied Fashion Buying and Merchandising Management at Fashion Institute of Technology where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree. She has held a variety of fashion and business related jobs in retail field since her graduation in 2002 and Yoga had always been a part of her life even then.
Masha officially became a certified Yoga instructor at the 200-hour level in May 2014 through the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City. She became a certified Yoga instructor at the 500-hour level in January 2015 through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Nassau, Bahamas under the guidance of Swami Swaroopananda , a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. She was given the spiritual name "Rukmini" by Swami Swaroopananda upon her graduation.
Masha is also a certified children's Yoga instructor through Karma Kids Yoga and a certified chair Yoga instructor through SunLight Yoga. Currently she is completing studies Living Tantra: Tantric Tradition and Techniques under the guidance of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait of the Himalayan Institute. Her studies are ongoing.
The basic Yoga Hatha class is designed for a broad spectrum of students and is considered to be a good introduction to a wider field of Yogic philosophy and practices.
A balanced Yoga practice integrates various branches of Yoga to develop physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspect of an individual.
Karma Yoga is the Yoga of eradicating the ego and its symptoms through selfless service to our fellow beings.
Bhakti Yoga is the Yoga of devotion and unconditional love towards the absolute truth.
Raja Yoga is the Yoga of mind control through sets of ethical practices and regular practice of concentration and meditation.
Jnana Yoga is the Yoga of intellectual approach or the path of wisdom, introspection, and contemplation.
Jappa Yoga is the Yoga of Mantram repetition or repeating a sacred word (sound structure).

Yana, Vocal Coach
Yelyzaveta Slobodyan (Liza) is originally from Kiev, Ukraine and moved to New York in 2006. As a child she studied art and, as an adult, she studied Ukrainian Language and Literature and worked as an elementary school teacher.
Liza is a full-time mom to three, beautiful children and has recognized the importance of “non-toxic” living. She studies ways of creating organic products to better the environment and health. In addition, Liza is passionate about parents and children bonding through the fun workshops that teach to design organic products.
Yana Gamzoyan was born in Russia. She graduated the school of music with a major in piano followed by a degree from a music university and then a degree from a conservatory majoring in piano and vocal. She immigrated to America in 1998 and began building her career in New York as a solo artist, performing and touring as well as teaching music.
In the last few years, Yana has been working with children of all ages, including the very young ones, developing their love for music and helping them work through their shyness. Yana has directed many musical shows and concerts with children of all ages. She has much to share and many creative projects in store for our kids. Yana will also prepare children for the gifted and talented school.
